OUR MISSION

Treat the Whole Patient. Optimize the Whole System.

Hormone therapy is not “anti-aging medicine” or boutique care. When used appropriately, HRT is a primary care tool that can improve quality of life, metabolic health, sexual health, sleep, cognition, bone health, and long-term function.

This course teaches clinicians how to integrate hormone optimization into real-world primary care while also addressing the foundations that determine treatment success: nutrition, sleep, insulin resistance, thyroid function, stress physiology, inflammation, gut health, and estrogen metabolism.

Why This Course Exists

Most clinicians receive limited formal training in hormone replacement therapy, despite seeing patients every day with symptoms related to menopause, androgen deficiency, metabolic dysfunction, thyroid imbalance, and poor hormone clearance.

Our goal is to make hormone optimization practical, safe, and clinically relevant.

Most practices “specialize” and are one-trick-ponies. Think of how many TRT clinics you see instead of female hormone optimization clinics? The female hormone cadence and cascade is unique to each individual and is conceptually difficult to diagnose, treat, and recognize patterns. Our course helps break these concepts down and how to apply them to real clinical scenarios.

Built by Clinicians, for Clinicians

Created by two practicing physician assistants with real-world experience in primary care, urgent care, functional medicine, hormone optimization, and medical education.

Our faculty experience includes clinical lecturing, provider education, protocol development, and authorship of PA PASSifier, a PA guidebook and PANCE review resource used by PA students and clinicians.

COURSE CONTENT

There is physiologic aging and there is pathophysiologic aging. Learn to recognize the difference and treat what doesn’t have to be accepted as normal.
